Custom equipment rail mounts
A facility needed accessory holders that mounted cleanly to existing vertical and horizontal rails without drilling or modifying the equipment.
What we delivered
- Mounts modeled in CAD to the rail profile
- Printed in durable PETG for repeat use
- Iterated fit across several rail variants

Power-supply holders
Loose power adapters were hanging by their cables. They needed a secure, removable holder that fit the existing mounting rail.
What we delivered
- Reverse-engineered the brick footprint
- Snap-in cradle with rail clip
- Batch printed for multiple stations

CADFabrication
Reverse-engineered replacement part
A small structural bracket had failed and was no longer available. The only reference was the broken part itself.
What we delivered
- Measured and modeled the original in CAD
- Refabricated in steel with cleaner welds
- Drawing kept on file for re-orders
